Detox for Better Health & Rejuvenation
ALSO: DAILY
Drink at least 1 ½ quarts of water or herbal tea
Omit, or use an absolute minimum, of sugar, alcohol and caffeine
Walk or practice any form of light aerobics for 30 minutes or more
Sleep between 7 and 8 hours
It is far more important for all the systems to correct themselves and rejuvenate, so they can fight off any accelerated aging and attacks. It is rare that a person has just one system or organ that needs help. Therefore, a calculated and detailed process to address the whole body, is what works best. Know that, as your body detoxes, inflammation, infection, germs, yeast and even parasites might disappear. This, in turn, will allow any excess fluids to leave your body in a natural way. You may also notice it in the clearing of your skin and the quickening of your step.
One last caveat: what good is it to have a great body and be miserable? Take the time to consciously rekindle a deep love for yourself and all that surrounds you: love who shows up; hug as many people as you can; goof off with a child; play team sports; paint, sing or dance; watch the sunrise or sunset. Remember that what makes you truly ‘hu-man’ (i.e. a man of color or vibration) is to show and deepen your unique colors.
To stay healthy, we need more than nourishment, movement and sleep. We also need, what my clients get to know as, a ‘yearly tune-up’. This removes unnecessary substances out of our body and, at the same time, repairs certain systems or organs. Very similar to a car that needs regular oil changes and adjustments.

Here’s to your health: the 31-day protocol.
When waking up drink the following 30 minutes before any other drinks or food:
Day 1 through 12
Alternate: One day squeeze one full fresh lemon and add a glass of water; the other day add 4 stalks of mint with leaves to half a quart of hot water, let it soak for 10 minutes, then drink.
Oil pulling with coconut oil: put a tablespoon of organic coconut oil in your mouth and swish it back and forth for about 8 minutes. Dispose in the toilet.
Day 13 through 15
Squeeze or eat one full fresh grapefruit.
Day 16 through 18
Drink a smoothie or juice made with parsley, mint, kale, celery, ½ green apple and coconut water.
Day 19 through 21
Drink a smoothie or juice made with cucumber, ginger, kale, 1 carrot (with its green when juicing), spinach and coconut water.
Drink a cup of Aloe Vera juice twice a day in between meals.
Day 22 through 27
A smoothie or juice made with carrots, lemon juice, ginger and coconut water.
Day 28 through 29
½ teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of water,
Day 30 through 31
Squeeze or eat one full fresh grapefruit.
